We are a collective of social media experts and content creators. We’ll help you figure out exactly what you want to say, how to say it, and who to say it to.
Our team comes from a traditional social media marketing background — but short-form video is anything but traditional. We’ve spent hours, months and years adapting to the demands of modern consumers and what they want is loud and clear: easily bingeable video shorts.
How it started…
Our story starts back in the Fall in 2021. Our founder Richelle was working a 9-5 job as a marketing manager and freelancing on the side. Around the same time, TikTok exploded in popularity. Suddenly, small creators were growing into famous influencers overnight from content created with nothing more than an iPhone.
This presented a huge opportunity for marketers, but we noticed most brands didn't understand how to position themselves on this quirky personality-forward platform. And thus, Gelato Creative was born!
We set out with one goal: to help brands deliver authentic, real content that placed connection and value at its center.
How it’s going…
Since then, we’ve had clients go viral on TikTok and Instagram, growing online followings of thousands. We’ve watched follower counts double overnight from a single video. We’ve connected with brands and creators across North America and worked in the restaurant space, CPG, Web3, music, and so much more! We love to see our clients win and are constantly on the lookout for the next opportunity to support their growth.

Richelle has worked in marketing and sales for over 5 years. With a blend of experience working for startups and freelancing, she’s helped multiple brands launch their social media presence and build engaged online audiences through digital storytelling.
A self-proclaimed social media addict, Richelle has grown her personal brand in the fitness and wellness space and loves to connect with brands who have a wellness focus. She’s also a personal trainer, nature-enthusiast, and podcaster who’s passionate about mental wellbeing and helping people feel as good on the inside as they do on the outside.
